SFX Films is a premier film production company favored by the industry’s top agents. We develop exceptional talent for leading roles in film, TV, and commercials. With 25 years of experience, we have secured major distribution partnerships with the world’s leading streaming platforms — including our own original films, which are currently available on four major platforms. Our campuses are located in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, supported by a dedicated administrative office in Riverside. Our movies are family oriented, comedies and also — and that is as our name indicates when we us date of the arts special effects, (SFX) which we have developed for years and have added to speed and excellence of AI. We use SFX (Special Effects) mostly for our Science Fiction and Horror movies. Despite what our name might suggest, our portfolio is incredibly diverse, focusing again heavily on comedies and family-oriented films—sometimes even casting entire families together!
That said, we also love pushing boundaries with Sci-Fi and Horror. These projects feature state-of-the-art special effects powered by decades of industry experience and advanced AI technology to achieve world-class results. Because our intense visual effects are crafted entirely in post-production, our sets remain a fun, lighthearted environment where neither children nor adult actors ever have to worry about getting scared during the shoot.
For the past 25 years, top talent agents have actively sought out our graduates. Our children and adult talents have appeared in national commercials and campaigns for Walmart, Walgreens, Target, Burger King, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, and many leading automotive brands. What sets us apart is our powerful network of agents who personally sign our graduates and consistently book them on major commercial work
Our latest production, House of Tether, as we are shooting the last scenes this summer, is slated for release during the 2026 holiday season.
